Colombia used to be such a conservative nation, but times are changing indeed. Obviously this guy in your photo is not trying to hide what he loves in life.

In reality, the Colombian population is still very traditional and conservative, especially in Bogotá, but these are particularities of this country. However, here within everything everyone expresses himself as he wants, this is an example.
